This spiritual yet very funky and soulful masterpiece is choc full of tasty grooves to fill your spirits. Milt was a master on the Boston music scene in the 70’s with friend Stanton Davis. Besides the wonderful warmth and vibes of this album is an extensive history of Milt in the liner notes of the album written by Bret Sjerven. Besides Milt’s wizardry, there is a tremendous lineup that includes the great Carlos Garnett on tenor, Bill Pierce on soprano and tenor, Delmar Brown on electric and acoustic piano, Cecil McBee on bass, and Ignacio Mena on percussion!
