I listen to a great deal of jazz but there is something in the way Mr. Phillips has carefully curated this mix to ease the troubles of the world, slow down the hustle and bustle and get us off our screens. When I saw that Thanks For Listening was dropping this limited cassette I knew I had to grab this analog gem. An impressive assortment of jazz that I found meditative and intellectually engaging.
