"I guess with this mix I looked at the theme presented and the first thing that sprung to mind was the classic Mark Farina mixes which really influences me early on, I used to work in a convenience store 24 hours.. doing night shift and those mixes really educated me on finding a groove and riding with it. It was always about the beats for me from the start, I got into music through my dads love of clash, public enemy, prince and the likes and this shaped the way my ears heard things early on..this is I guess my take on all that together."
